Worship: Under the leadership of our worship director, musicians, and singers are auditioned and interviewed before acceptance on to the team. We place a high value upon our worship team to walk in integrity, have godly character, and daily encounter God in their lives. Being a part of the team is more than singing songs or playing an instrument. It’s being in unity with the vision of the house, the leadership, hearing the voice of God, and understanding the flow of a worship set.

Sound & Live Production: Having a skill set to work with digital sound boards and computers, the sound team will work in unity with the worship team and leadership.

Worship Arts: At DWC, we welcome the use of flags, dance, paintings and drama in our services and special events.

Ministry

Intercession

Intercessors: With a heart after the Lord, intercessors are raised up to pray and intercede for what is on God’s heart. Intercessory prayer is vital to the ministry as we know prayer changes things and keeps us humble before God.

Monday Night Intercessory Prayer at 7:00 pm

Arthur and Cynthia Juarez

Reaching Our Community with Love and Prayer

Led by Arthur and Cynthia Juarez, our outreach initiatives extend Christ’s love to those in need.

Coffee Homeless Ministry: Every Saturday at 8:00 am, we provide coffee, water, and prayer to the homeless at Martin Luther King Park. During special seasons, we prepare and serve meals.
Juvenile Hall Ministry: We visit local juvenile halls every other week to minister hope and encouragement.

Living in Freedom Everyday

Martha Evans

LIFE Ministry offers confidential, personalized prayer sessions designed to help individuals discover freedom, healing, and a deeper relationship with God.

Purpose: Address emotional wounds, break cycles of brokenness, and experience spiritual freedom.
Tools and Approach: We use proven spiritual tools such as the 4 Doors, Father Ladder, and Presenting Jesus, guided by trained and experienced team members.
Confidentiality: Sessions are held with complete privacy, requiring a signed release form.

Meals To Homes

If someone has had surgery, a baby, or a sudden illness, a team will organize meals as well as pray for those in need.

Justice

Yearly, we hold a march or walk in our city in June to declare the month of June as LIFE month. We also encourage those who are called to run for office to step up and run for school boards or council or other offices. DWC has a private FB page, called Freedom, Justice and Action that helps to keep you informed of different bills ready to be passed in our state & local government. Praying for our schools, teachers, administration and students are of vital importance as we know our children are our future. It’s time to let our voice be heard.
